FAQs

Do I need any pottery experience?

No, most of our courses are open to complete beginners. If a class requires more experience, we will always specify it in the course description. If however you have experience with ceramics you will be supported with developing and improving your work.

How do I get to the studio?

We are located under the arches of the Parkland Walk in central Muswell Hill, which is well-served by public transport. You can also walk along the beautiful Parkland Walk to reach the studio. We have a few parking spaces directly outside, and there is free and paid car parking locally.

What should I bring?

Please bring a small hand-towel and an apron. These should be washed regularly to keep clay dust to a minimum. If you are attending a full-day class, please bring lunch or there are many cafes, supermarkets, and bakeries nearby. We have tea and coffee making facilities available in the studio.

I can no longer attend my class, what happens?

If you are able to give us 2 weeks notice before the date of your workshop, you will receive a full refund, minus a £10 admin charge. After this time we are unable to refund you but will do our best to fill your place, and if we do then you will be fully refunded (minus £10 admin charge).

Do you have a waiting list?

If spaces become available in a class that was fully booked we will contact our mailing list. Please sign up to our mailing list to be made aware of any spaces.
